Goals and Objectives

VICA’s goals are, to develop and strengthen artists, arts organizations, and art resources to make the arts available to Virgin Islands residents and to preserve the cultural heritage of the Territory for present and future generations.

The staff of VICA develops and administers programs and projects that support the mission and goals of the Council.
