Board of Directors

VICA is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Legislature. Board members represent a cross section of the community’s interest and expertise in the arts. The Board is composed of four members from St. Thomas, four from St. Croix, and one from St. John; each of the members serve three year terms. Final decisions on grant allocations are made by the Board.

Advisory Panels

VICA has an advisory panel, charged with the responsibility of reviewing grant applications and making recommendations to the Board. Advisory panelists are selected for their expertise in and knowledge of the arts.
